we had sidney's 6 month check up on wednesday. he's doing great. weighed in at 17lbs 7oz and charmed his way into dr h's heart. feeling a slight disconnect with dr h these days. i guess because he didn't deliver sidney. matter of fact, he calls him "nanaimo boy". haha. i am doing alright as well. my hemoglobin is steady in normal range. my platelets are in the lower end of normal. my thyroid is very low but we're not totally sure why. with work etc i know i've missed some days so i'll make sure to not miss a day and then we'll see how it goes. i'm feeling it though - sluggish and tired when i shouldn't be.
my child is still awake. and he went to bed at 11pm last night. i think it's his teeth. he's not miserable by any means but he's not sleeping. once he settles in he's good for the night and sleeps a bit later into the morning as well but i'm not getting much done. his usual 9pm bedtime was my chance to get two and a half hours of work done. he naps well in the day though so i know he's getting plenty of sleep. just might have to make adjustments to my work time.
